FAQ

Some of our most commonly asked questions can be found here. Still unsure? Send us an email and we’ll be happy to help you out.

How much does ___ Cost?

We specialize in custom projects, so it’s unlikely we’ll be able to give you an exact quote right away. If you provide us with a rough idea of what you’re looking for, plus the dimensions and photos if possible, we’ll get back to you with a quote. Depending on the scale of the project, we may require a non-refundable deposit before begining. These deposits can be paid in person, over the phone or by etransfer to info@watsonbain.com

Do I get to see the design?

Absolutely! Our designers will send you a proof by email when it’s ready. This proof is a mockup of your project and shows what it will look like when it’s complete. You can request any changes from the designer and they’ll send you another proof to show what those changes look like. Typically your design fee includes about 3 revisions. There may be an additional charge if the revisions go beyond that. Nothing is printed until we get your approval.

What do you need from me?

When starting a project, we’ll need a few things.

  • Any design files you already have (logos, photos, etc) ideally as an eps, svg or pdf file
  • The sizes and quantities (ex 4 coroplast signs, 24″x32″ each and printed on both sides)
  • Your contact information
  • A description of the design you’d like, such as colours, text, placement, style etc
  • Photos of where the wrap, signs or banners will be installed
  • The address where items will be installed if necessary
  • Any other information you think would be important for us to know
Is a jpeg ok?

Any logos should ideally be provided to us in a vector format such as a pdf, svg, eps or ai documents. If you don’t have those you can still send us your logo, but we might need to charge a retracing fee to convert it to a vector that our machines can read and which will print without getting pixelated. If you’re unsure what files are usable, feel free to send us everything you have and we’ll let you know what works.

Can you wrap this?

Probably! We do like a challenge. No guarantees, but send us some pictures and the dimensions of the thing you want wrapped (or better yet, bring it by in person, no appointment needed) and our team will assess what your options are.
